📄Description
Mechanically mulch Ashe juniper, mesquite, yaupon and other shrubs with a diameter in the southern part of Camp Swift at root collar (dbh) of eight (8) inches or smaller by mulching to a height of no greater than four (4) inches above ground level. Mulch material will be left in place to protect the soil from mechanical disturbance and to provide erosion protection.
