Fire Protection Equipment Services for the Kerrville State Hospital

HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s)for inspections, testing and as needed repair services for fire alarm,sprinkler and suppression systems located at Kerrville State Hospital (KSH).

HHSC will conduct mandatory on-site visits at the location specified below on the date and time identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of this IFB) or on the date and time established in subsequent Addenda.

The on-site visit will include a review of the IFB requirements as well as a walk-through of the facility.

Attendance at one site visit is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in the disqualification of a Bidder. Bidders not listed on the attendance log will not be permitted to submit a Response.
