Natural Gas System Testing, Inspection, and Preventive Maintenance Services Kerrville State Hospital

Description

HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s)for testing, inspection, and preventive maintenance services for natural gasdistribution systems and components at Kerrville State Hospital.

1.1 Pre-Bid Meeting ADA AccommodationsPeople who require ADA accommodations andwish to attend or participate in the pre-bid meetings and require auxiliaryaids or services should contact the Sole Point of Contact identified in Section 6.1 (Sole Point of Contact andCommunications), at least seventy-two (72) hours before the meeting inorder to have reasonable accommodations made by HHSC.

1.1.1 Attendance LogAttendees, in person, are required to sign anattendance log at the conference or on-site visit. HHSC will not be heldresponsible for an attendee’s failure to sign in on the attendance log.

For conference calls and webinars,participants will be added to the attendance log and should have the followinginformation ready and properly announced or submitted:

a) Legalbusiness entity name or name of individual which will be used if submitting aresponse to this IFB or subcontractor acting on behalf of the legal businessentity;

b) Name andtitle of each representative on the call or webinar; and

c) E-mailaddress for the point of contact.

1.1.2 Optional On-Site VisitHHSC will conduct anoptional on-site visit at the location specified below on the date andtime identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of this IFB) or on thedate and time established in subsequent Addenda.

The on-site visitwill include a review of the IFB requirements as well as a walk-through of thefacility.

Attendance is strongly encouraged, but notrequired. Failure to attend in person will not disqualify a Bidder.
