1. Purpose

The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide construction services for the delivery of the of the Ronald Reagan Pump Station and Ground Storage Tank.

2. Background

The Work consists of a new booster pump station and Ground Storage Tank (GST) located at 16092 Ronald W Reagan Blvd, Leander, TX 78641. Including earthwork, structural, mechanical, and electrical items for construction of a new Booster Pump Station and Ground Storage Tank (GST) to supply water to the 1127 pressure zone and San Gabriel Elevated Storage Tank project. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the entirety of the work as shown on the Drawings and Project Manual.

3. Project Firm and Plans

The design and construction management services for the Project are being provided by K Friese + Associates, 1120 S. Capital of Texas Highway, Building 2, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78746.
