Interior remodel. Reconfigure interior layout by removing living room wall to create open floorplan. Replace finishes add a bathroom and replace old windows. Remodel will result in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single family residence. Revision 1: Revise scope of work to include conversion of attached carport into a garage.
