Interior Remodel - Re-siding facade of home from limestone to stucco roughly 320 sf. Remodeling front patio overhang opening up to a vaulted space to the existing roofline. No change to existing roofing or roofline. Will provide structural engineered drawings to supplement architectural set. Under carport adding two CMU walls to create a storage closet requiring on post to be replaced but not otherwise attached to the house. JP- 12/11/2025 GC is gong to put a storage shed under 200 sqft ( no permit needed) . the shed will not have electrical. GC will not install footing from plans ( may require IC)
