Direct Access Drain System Repair A direct access entry point will be created on the left side of the front door to access the existing drain system. Once access is established the existing drain lines will be removed and replaced with new Schedule 40 PVC DWV (Drain Waste and Vent) piping and fittings. All connections will be made in accordance with current plumbing code requirements ensuring proper flow and long-term durability. The system will be tested upon completion to verify functionality and leak-free operation.
