Demolition of interior cmu walls hvac metal roof panel and aluminum storefront. New interior cmu wall hvac roof insulation TPO roof and aluminum storefront.
Construct an appx. 30¿x50¿ concrete pad on which the prefabricated module (45¿x11¿4¿ ¿ image below) QTY 2 Transformers QTY 2 ATSs and possibly a generator will be installed. The front door will have an ADA ramp and the emergency exit door will have a step. A new sidewalk will be constructed from the existing parking lot to the new ADA ramp. Fire suppression is included in the prefabricated module that will be built off site and anchored to the new concrete slab. TDLR will provided at a later date.
