200-amp underground service rebuild
We currently have a permit to remove and reinstall the electrical service so they can replace the siding on a 4 plex at . There are some other repairs that need to be done on the interior. We do not want to attach/add the work to the existing electrical permit. I inquired with permitting and as per Martin Starrett the work could be done under a child safety permit. He did say that it might have to go back to commercial plan review. If so how do I do that? Please advise.
Remove 1 type-1 hood relocate 2 type-1 hoods to new cooking area. Build 1 wall to deck replace 3 main AC ducts cut opening in interior tilt-wall panel. No new SF.
New inground swimming pool and spa w/ concrete decking and reqd enclosure device for existing 2-story single family residence.
