Installation of a prefabricated engineered mezzanine platform inside an existing commercial suite. Work includes mezzanine structure stairway guardrails and associated finishes.
Remodeling the interior removing a few beams adding a vent more plumbing remove one window grease trap-all the things. Kitchen is induction & electric oven based-So no open flame. Adding walkup takeout window to exterior. (no outdoor seating) hazmat permit will also be needed for food grade nitrous-oxide for the coffee keg. [7 Day Review]

Replacing main sewer line. Line will be stubbed to unit but no interior plumbing work will be performed. This is not part of the interior remodel work. Exterior only. Add a duplex pump system outside of remodeled space. This is needed because gravity fall cannot be achieved due to depth of line exiting the space.
Repair existing restaurant/bar overhead service and add 2nd meter and service for food trailer per Hyatt
