This estimate is to perform a 15 foot sewer repair on the main 4 inch PVC sewer line. Allstate plumbing will utilize a subcontractor to perform the excavation once the tunnel has been fully excavated Our technicians will perform the repairs either the same day or following day. Every 4 foot of pipe there will be hangers to help keep the pipe secured to the underside of the slab and prevent breakage or damage in the future. Once the repair has been complete an inspection will need to be performed by a state verified plumbing inspector. The tunnel cannot be backfilled until the repair passes inspection. On the day of the repair our plumbers on site will perform a hydrostatic test to ensure a leak free repair. If our technicians find other areas in need of repair while underneath the home further estimates will be provided. If the excavation crew needs to perform further structural repair on the slab or runs into any unforeseen issues further estimates will be provided. Allstate plumbing/excavation crew is not responsible for any landscaping.
