In addition to match viewing the celebration will feature interactive fan engagement activations permitted food and beverage vendors official merchandise booths and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces to enhance the fan experience. Public safety planning and overall event operations will be led by the C3 Presents team which has extensive experience coordinating with City of Austin agencies including PARD APD AFD ATCEMS and the Special Events Office. Comprehensive risk assessment professional security and crowd management staffing and dedicated operational oversight will be implemented to ensure a safe structured and professionally managed environment for all attendees.
