Diagnostic revealed 1/2ยฟ hot water line leaking in the foundation . - Plan of action is to apply for a permit with the customers jurisdiction to legally and professional proceed with repairs. Begin by accessing sheetrock behind the water heater and at the washing machine. Then we will abandon leaking water line in foundation. Water line will be rerouted overhead in attic between water heater and washing machine in accordance to plumbing code.
