Excavate and access damaged drain system by coordinating with Bats Foundation to tunnel approximately 15 from the exterior of the home to the garage area. Expose the broken 3 wye fitting where the kitchen sink and laundry line connect to the main sewer line. Remove the damaged section and install new PVC fittings and piping to complete a proper repair with correct alignment and slope. Ensure sufficient exposure of piping to allow for a secure and code-compliant repair. Excavate and expose an additional break located at the cleanout exiting the home. Remove damaged components and install a new cleanout assembly and/or piping as needed to restore functionality and integrity. Perform a full system retest upon completion of repairs to confirm system integrity. Coordinate and schedule required inspection(s) as needed. AND Excavate and access damaged drain system by coordinating with Bats Foundation to tunnel approximately 10 from the exterior of the home to the garage area. Expose the broken 3 offset on the main drain line. Remove the damaged section and install new PVC fittings and piping to complete a proper repair with correct alignment and slope. Ensure sufficient exposure of piping to allow for a secure and code-compliant repair. Perform a full system retest upon completion of repairs to confirm system integrity. Coordinate and schedule required inspection(s) as needed.
