The Brenham School House is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 600 East Alamo Street, Brenham, TX 77833 in Brenham, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $750K covering 7,350 sq ft. J4 Partnership is the property owner and PlanNorth Architectural Co. is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on September 26, 2019.
Renovation of 3,750 SF of existing historic building into a Bed & Breakfast, and will include guest rooms, dining area, work kitchen, laundry room, and support spaces. A new exterior stair will be constructed to access the new second floor patio.
