Synthetic Turf Conversion - Shoemaker High School is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 3302 Clear Creek Road, Killeen, TX 76549 in Killeen, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $1.0M covering 100,000 sq ft. Killeen ISD is the property owner and PBK Sports is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on June 5, 2020.
The complete removal of the existing natural turf sports field at each High School. A new synthetic turf sports field to be constructed inside of the existing track. The installation of Track D-Zone shall also be considered at each campus.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
