The project has an estimated value of $700K covering 2,101 sq ft. Texas City Partners, LLC is the property owner and MCG Architecture is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on November 11, 2020.
The scope includes site work, landscaping, shell building construction, electrical and plumbing utility stub-ins and installation of mechanical units. The tenant interior package will be submitted separately by others.
