MDA Alkek Renovate G3 SPECT CT T8 is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 1515 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, TX 11030 in Houston, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $430K covering 500 sq ft. MD Anderson Cancer Center is the property owner and HKS is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on March 15, 2021.
Build out of SPECT CT Suite in an existing space. Renovation of existing control rooms and procedure room. Work includes but not limited to patch and repair of existing finishes.
