SPR High-Bay Expansion is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 1480 Justin Road, Rockwall, TX 75087 in Rockwall, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $1.8M covering 7,525 sq ft. Alvaplast US Development, LLC is the property owner and pross design group is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on April 20, 2021.
Three (3) existing structural bays of a 211,210 sf mfg / whse building will be altered to raise roof height approximately 28’ to house new plastic film extrusion towers. An existing maintenance area and mezzanine will be demolished for equip & roof.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
