TVCC HSC Parking Expansion is a Additions to Existing Building project located at 1551 SH 34 South, Terrell, TX 75160 in Terrell, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $600K covering 81,800 sq ft. Trinity Valley Community College is the property owner and Randall Scott Architects, Inc. is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on May 18, 2021.
The existing TVCC Health Science Center parking lot will be expanded to include 149 new parking stalls for a total of 282 parking stalls.
