Sparklight BayCity is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 2404 Golden Ave, Bay City, TX 77414 in Bay City, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $63K covering 700 sq ft. Cable One DBA Sparklight is the property owner. The project was registered with TDLR on July 7, 2021.
Paneling walls will be replaced with drywall, old ceiling gridwork, tiles and lighting all will be replaced with modern gridwork, tiles, and LED lighting. Built in counters will be demo-ed in order to open up lobby. New flooring will be installed.
