Solis Mammography Dallas Hillcrest Build-out is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 8611 Hillcrest Ave Suite 195, Dallas, TX 75255 in Dallas, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $400K covering 2,120 sq ft. PegasusAblon is the property owner and RS&H is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on July 15, 2021.
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to new ceilings, lighting, partitions, doors, casework, and floor coverings. Existing building systems (mechanical, plumbing, electrical) are to be modified as indicated to support new layout and equipment.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
