Ricardo S. Lopez Park Walking Trail - Phase 1 is a New Construction project located at 363 Nava Street, Falfurrias, TX 78355 in Falfurrias, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $150K covering 1,250 sq ft. Community Action Corporation of South Texas is the property owner and Alvarado Architects & Associates, Inc. is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on September 30, 2021.
The new walking trail will be approximately 1,250 linear feet, ten feet in width, constructed of 12-inch subbase, 8-inches of caliche base, and 4-inches of surfacing material. An asphalt road, parking and sidewalks will be constructed.
