Renovations to Football Stadium is a Renovation/Alteration project located at Hwy 35 and Henderson Ave., Palacios, TX 77465 in Palacios, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $4.1M covering 3,320 sq ft. Palacios Independent School District is the property owner and Parkhill (Charles Shaw) nl is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on June 15, 2022.
Demolition of existing grandstand structure, erection of new grandstand and press box structure for appx 2000 spectators and a new concession stand with public toilet rooms. New flat work for access to grandstands and concession stand/toilet rooms.
