HFD Dart Street Life Safety is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 1205 Dart Street Building A, Houston, TX 77007 in Houston, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $400K covering 2,000 sq ft. City of Houston - General Services Department is the property owner and Infrastructure Associates is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on August 3, 2022.
This project provides the addition of emergency egress paths in warehouse with dead-end corridors. The egress path also has a new exit platform and stair as part of the design. Emergency lighting upgrade is also provided in the project as well.
