Glenn Polk Chevrolet completed the construction of a new 22,300-square-foot dealership at 1405 N. Stemmons Drive in Sanger, Texas. The project, filed as a New Dealership, involved the ground-up development of an auto sales facility with dedicated service and make-ready areas. The total estimated cost for this new construction was $7,400,000.

M&G Sanger Real Estate LLC served as the owner of record for the development. Callahan Freeman Architects was the design firm of record, overseeing the layout and specifications for the building. The construction timeline began in February 2023 and concluded with a final inspection passed in February 2024.
