📋Scope of Work
Lennar is in suites 140, 150, and 180. The majority of the work will occur in suite 180 - space will be reconfigured with new interior partitions and fixtures. Limited work in suite 140 and 150 to convert single offices/workstations to meeting area.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
