THIS IS A ONE STORY FREE-STANDING DINING FACILITY OF APPROXIMATELY 20,000 AND 5,000 PAVILION. KIRKSEY ONLY DESIGNED THE EXTERIOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND SUPERSTRUCTURE; SITE UTILITIES. THE INTERIORS DESIGNED BY OMNIPLAN AND THEY SUBMITTED SEPARATE.
