INTERIOR REMODEL OF EXISTING SHERIFF’S GYM SPACE AND BUILD-OUT OF SMALL GYM THAT WILL CONTAIN GYM EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY, LOCKER ROOM, SHOWER ROOMS, TOILET ROOMS, AND JANITOR’ S CLOSET.
