TISD - Wake Village Elementary School Addition & Renovation is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 400 Wildcat Dr., Wake Village, TX 75501 in Wake Village, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $24.5M covering 85,482 sq ft. Texarkana Independent School District is the property owner and Corgan Associates inc is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on July 6, 2023.

📋Scope of Work

This is a $24.5 million project, with approximately 25,000sf of addition and 60,000sf of renovation. As part of the addition/renovation scope we plan to add a sprinkler system and provide a storm shelter in the eastern side of the new addition.

Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
