Dig an entrance hole opening on the right side of the house (opening A). Dig another hole opening on the left side of the house where the sewer cleanout is (opening B). Tunnel 75ft from A to B following the old cast iron sewer line. Remove all cast iron. Build a new sewer line from A to B using Schedule 40 PVC. Replace p-traps to tubs and showers and install new flanges for toilets. The line will have a 1/4 fall and we will secure the 2 and 3 PVC pipes to the bottom of the house every 4 feet with stainless steel hangers
