IDEA Public Schools La Joy Phase II is a Additions to Existing Building project located at 725 E. Expressway 83, La Joya, TX 78560 in La Joya, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $8.5M covering 27,000 sq ft. IDEA Public Schools is the property owner and Gomez Mendez Saenz, Inc. is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on February 29, 2024.
A new 2-story addition that will be attached to the end of the existing Phase I building. It will consist of a steel frame with metal stud commercial construction, brick and EIFS to match existing. The addition will be aproximately 27,439 sq ft.
