TCEQ-Compliant Components: * 1ยฟ DCA Backflow Preventer (In-Ground): Required by TCEQ to protect the public water supply from contamination. This device will be tested and registered with the city upon completion. * 1ยฟ Isolation Valve: Also required by TCEQ this allows for emergency shutoff of the irrigation system without affecting the homes water supply. * Two 1ยฟ Master Valves (One Per Controller): As per TCEQ code a master valve is required for each controller to help prevent line leaks or water loss when the system is off. Irrigation Zones: * Four Irrigreen Rotor Zones: These precision digital rotors map watering patterns for each turf zone reducing overspray and maximizing efficiency. * Two Drip Irrigation Zones: Installed for landscape beds these zones use subsurface drip tubing with 12ยฟ emitter spacing to deliver water directly to plant roots. Installation Details: * Trenching: All piping will be installed at 8ยฟ10 inches deep using trenchers or hand tools depending on site conditions. * Controllers and Wiring: System will include complete controller installation wiring and testing.
