THIS PROJECT IS AN INTERIOR FINISH OUT OF AN EXISTING BUILDING COMPLETED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF AN AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER ON THE GROUND FLOOR AND SPECIALTY CLINIC SPACES ON THE SECOND FLOOR. LIMITED SITE IMPROVEMENTS.
