Children’s SCD ECM CHIC Consult is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 2350 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75207 in Dallas, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $240K covering 600 sq ft. Children’s Health System of Texas is the property owner and Corgan is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on May 23, 2024.
Children’s Health plans to upgrade the existing food pantry room to a couple consult rooms. Interior scope includes three new door, and relocated electrical AND data outlets.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
