*only one building at this address* Stand-alone permit for house panel - repair house panel due to panel being vandalized - Austin Energy removed meter due to unsafe conditions. Repair dedicated circuit for future security system. **We need power for exterior lighting motion sensors video camera feeds. All pretty standard stuff. Previously we rented stand alone security towers (those self-contained trailers with the solar panels pole and cameras at the top flashing lights etc.) but that became too costly for the property owner on a rental basis and did not cover all the areas of the property. Our proposed security replaces that rental strategy and provides better security coverage with the cameras. To clarify we are not looking for this power to operate any of the apartments etc. they each have their own potential service in the future. This is the base panel or common area panel. Everything on the security side is plug and play after that.
install owner supply EV charger a conduit and wire will travel from exterior breaker box to the EV charger station. new 200 amps meter base will be install and the main breaker will be upgrade to 200 amps and the wire and pipe.
