OPC3 Neural Prosthetics Phase II is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 6445 Main Street, Houston, TX 77030 in Houston, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $554K covering 1,200 sq ft. Houston Methodist Hospital is the property owner and C/V Architects is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on August 30, 2024.
Renovation will modify one existing Cognitive Exam Room to accommodate a shielded Anechoic Chamber. The (4) existing exam rooms and procedure rooms will be renovated to include necessary grounding required.
