SELECTIVE DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING DATABANK DFW-3 BUILDING TO ALLOW INTERCONNECTION BETWEEN THE EXISTING DFW-3 AND THE NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT DFW-3B ON THE FIRST FLOOR. NEW WALLS AND DOORS ARE ADDED TO SATISFY EGRESS REQUIREMENTS.
