Kimble County Courthouse Restoration is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 501 Main Street in Junction, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $11.1M covering 19,660 sq ft. Kimble County is the property owner and Hutson Gallagher, LLC is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on January 13, 2025.
The work will restore the historic courthouse while rehabilitating is infrastructure to comply with current code and ADA/TAS upgrades. The 1974 addition with be removed.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
