Install NEMA 14-50 outlet to power customer-supplied EV charger inside detached garage. Outlet to be hardwired to a 50A GFCI breaker placed in main electric panel of service. Includes a short trench from main electric panel on exterior wall of main home across the yard to the detached garage. Outlet to be mounted inside detached garage.

**Project Scope:** Alteration of existing residential irrigation system to expand zone capacity for drip irrigation. **1. Manifold Construction:** Replace an existing 2-valve manifold currently irrigating 2 lawn zones with a new 4-valve manifold. All PVC joints will be chemically welded using purple primer and medium blue PVC cement. **2. Valve Installation:** * Reinstall 2 existing automatic control valves for lawn irrigation zones. * Install 2 new automatic control valves with pressure regulator and filters dedicated to new drip irrigation zones one of which will remain capped on the discharge side for future expansion. **3. Zone Modification** * Permanently remove and cap redundant spray heads on 2 existing lawn zones * Hydrozoning: lawn remains irrigated by 2 existing dedicated zones and new tree planting to be irrigated by the new drip zones. One drip zone is reserved for future expansion.
