24.060 UT Health 4th Floor Renovation is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 1000 S Beckham Ave in Tyler, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $2.8M covering 6,000 sq ft. Tyler Regional Hospital, LLC is the property owner and Fitzpatrick Architects is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on March 7, 2025.
