Replacement of complete existing central heat and air system with or without duct work LIKE FOR LIKE: 2 Ton Horizontal Two Stage Gas - DOWNSTAIRS
1912 S 3rd St (rear unit)- New construction of a 2-Story detached Res. [3bed 2.5bath]. Part of 3-unit use.
The home currently has two different sized feeder conductors running from the meter to the main electrical panel. We will remove the existing feeders and install new matching conductors. The replacement feeders will be 2/0 copper (CU) to ensure proper sizing safety and code compliance. All work will be completed per NEC standards and local utility requirements.
Installation of solar panels on existing residential roof. 13.64 kW. Addition of 3 0-30A circuits. 31 panels.
