Burger King is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 9009 Clinton Drive in Houston, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $550K covering 2,200 sq ft. JERMAR COMPANY is the property owner and Dezynd is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on April 23, 2025.
We will upgrade to the BK sizzle style. Replace the existing to nichiha panels on main entrance. Repaint the existing stucco wall. Update the interior in a new layout without changing the building area.
