Headwaters at the Comal - Phase 3 West is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 333 E Klingemann Dr in New Braunfels, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $11.0M covering 190,000 sq ft. New Braunfels Utilities is the property owner and Lake Flato Architects is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on June 9, 2025.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to removal of existing asphalt, concrete, road base and planting several native species of plants, trees and shrubs. Improving drainage and altering existing structure for better storage and education.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
