Dalport Trade Center Building B - ATS TI is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 200 Dalport Parkway in Wilmer, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $365K covering 334 sq ft. S&S DTC Industrial LLC is the property owner and GSR Andrade Architects is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on June 12, 2025.
A new 167,621 SF finish out within an existing 481,893 SF warehouse. It will include the addition of a new 334 SF restroom.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
