USOnTX EL PASO JOE BATTLE TENANT IMPROVEMENT SUITE 380 is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 3270 JOE BATTLE BLVD SUITE 380 in El Paso, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $245K covering 760 sq ft. SPT Ivey El Paso MOB, LLC is the property owner and RS&H is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on August 11, 2025.
Scope of work includes a 760sf interior renovation. This will include new ceilings, partitions, lighting, casework, and finishes. Existing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems shall be modifies to support new construction.
