NEMA 14-50 outlet installation in the garage. The outlet will be connected to the existing subpanel using a 40A GFCI breaker for a 32A EV charger. The subpanel does not serve heavy loads (such as a dryer or AC unit) and is protected by a 60A breaker in the main panel. The main service panel has a 200A main breaker and is located on the opposite side of the house.
