Howard County Library Renovation is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 500 Main Street in Big Spring, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $928K covering 24,570 sq ft. Howard County is the property owner and Komatsu Architecture is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on September 15, 2025.
Finishes upgrade to the existing library. Building layout and space usage remains unchanged. Plumbing fixtures in select areas replaced one for one.
