📋Scope of Work
The new construction project proposes to build-out approximately 24,500 SF shell space on Level 4 of the existing Tower. The project contains, but is not limited to, the following elements: 34 bed Med Surg unit and associated support spaces.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.

Replacement of complete existing central heat and air system with or without duct work we replaced the original system which as very old. We installed to code the only pre existing issue is the furnace closet is missing the combustion air pipes but the closet door is in a garage conversion and the door is a curtain so its getting plenty air.
