We will be removing the existing failing grease interceptor and installing a new code¿compliant grease trap in the same general location. Work includes excavation demolition of the existing interceptor installation of new piping connections setting the new interceptor and restoring the work area to grade. Detailed Scope: Excavate to expose the existing grease trap and associated inlet/outlet piping. All work will comply with City of Austin Plumbing Code Industrial Waste regulations and Whataburger operational safety requirements.
